Shaji C.V | Director
Shaji C V, an Engineer by profession has over 43 + years of work experience primarily in to power generation and large scale project management. Mr. Shaji was a part of the ICICI Infrastructure team since inception based at Mumbai. A self-made entrepreneur in the last decade, he has spent a huge amount of time in building up what Alacrity Infra is today from scratch. From a humble beginning in the financial product distribution to the current stature of transaction services, contracting services and the likes, he has seen it all.
According to Shaji, there’s no bigger challenge or achievement than delivering a multi-million dollar project with minimal or no cost variation, on-time and to the best quality. The thought of delivering world-class facilities at optimal costs and within an optimal time frame is incredibly exciting.
Rajeevan R.S | Whole Time Director
Rajeevan R.S, a Financial Services expert, has over 22+ years of work experience. While his initial years of career was spent in Pharma and the Auto sector with the likes of Eli Lilly & Co and Saud Bahwan (Sultanate of Oman), it was in financial services that Raj implemented key deliverables for ICICI, Kotak, HDFC, Allegro Capital and Reliance Capital. Prior to Alacrity Infra, he was a part of the senior management in Reliance Capital.
Raj has such a passion for quality and excellence in everything he does, that he’ll audit each and every task and decision, questioning the objective and the end result to guarantee the best outcome. According to him, there are no limits to what one can achieve. Raj is focused on driving growth, operational excellence, company strategy, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Administration and building the best possible leadership team to achieve Alacrity Infra’s vision of becoming a national leader in its field.
Manoj G.B| Whole Time Director
Manoj G.B, has over 25+ years of work experience working with leading brands like Godrej and ICICI Bank. Architect by profession and armed with an MBA, a thorough professional he had stints earlier in his career with Godrej and ICICI Bank and was instrumental in setting up distribution channels across Kerala and a large part of Tamil Nadu for the verticals he served. His latest stint prior to Alacrity Infra was with a private banking company Allegro Capital where in the spirit of entrepreneurship struck. The result is what you see today – amalgamation of experience along with the spirit of youth.
Manoj sees the symphony of space, form and function that a vacant site invites. Ideas are his currency. Culture shapes his credo. But instinct is his watchword. Manoj has it. He trusts it. He drives all aspects of design strategy, quality and validation of the company’s building and interior design practice. As well, he manages the entire operations including client services and contracting services, also spearheads the company’s knowledge and research-based initiatives firm-wide.
